"The location was fantastic, with a short walk to both the beach and nearby shops. My dog, Lola, loved running freely on the beach and had the time of her life. It was easy to access several nearby walking tracks. Communication with the hosts was excellent; Jenny was very responsive and helpful. Thank you again for having us—we hope to return soon!"

"The place was great, clean, and in an awesome neighbourhood. The hosts got back to me quickly and we had a lovely time. There are plenty of coffee shops and bars near by. Only thing I would mention is that the main floor bathroom is a bit of a "Harry Potter" closet - didn't give us any problems but something to note! Parking on the street can be tricky... but that's Sydney!"

"The unit was new, modern and roomy. Located in an older neighborhood, the house was comfortable. While in flight path of international airport, after 2200 and before 0600, its hardly noticeable. The house was clean, though lacked some basic cleaning supplies (sponge, paper towels) and upon arrival, there was a noticeable antiseptic smell covering what seemed to be of "dirty diapers"."

"We loved our mini break at House on a Rock - the house is lovely, the location incredible - amazing views of this beautiful part of the world. The location does mean access is tricky - challenging when you arrive with luggage and provisions for your stay. Not such an issue for us and the kids but it was not the easiest for my 85 year old Mother!! We all agree - House on a Rock was worth the effort. All in all - this is a special place and we hope to return."

"Meral is an amazing host. We were there for the Sydney Ne Years celebration. The house is located approximately 25-35 mins from downtown, which gave us a great area to be in. Not to close or to far. The drive is cool. What they consider traffic well let put it this way we are from LA so it was a typical 10pm Tuesday night for us. The house no the home was very neat clean and beautiful.
