Wonderful condo!
With the view this condo offers it can't be less than five stars! And Annalisa was very easy to communicate with, five stars there as well! Condo is typical Italian standard, only thing we missed a bit was air condition, but then we had an extremely hot week. Over all - 7 perfect days, and we highly recommend this condo. Also - check out the tiny beach and bar in front of the tower, less crowdy and more personal than the famous La Pelosa. Grazie Annalisa!

La casa ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative, spaziosa con tutto il necessario, posto auto e con una vista magnifica. Ottimo anche che in pochi minuti si arriva a piedi alla spiaggia della Pelosa dimenticandosi della macchina. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile.

Incantevole location
Abbiamo soggiornato (2 adulti + bambino) nella settimana di ferragosto e ci ha immediatamente colpito sia la casa che la location. L'abitazione è una soluzione indipendente che fa parte di un complesso residenziale dotato di posto auto privato e servizi adiacenti. La cosa che principalmente colpisce è il terrazzo che affaccia proprio sulla torre della Pelosa permettendo di ammirare tutte le cromature di azzurro del mare, le albe mozzafiato e udire il suono del mare. L'abitazione si presenta funzionale, pulita, fresca, dando una piena sensazione di relax. Nonostante l'ampia apertura del soggiorno sul terrazzo, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di zanzare, mosche,.. Il mare si raggiunge dopo una breve passeggiata, in parte interna al complesso. Inutile parlare della spiaggia che è un paradiso terrestre e che ovviamente in agosto è affollata. La proprietaria, sig.ra Annalisa, anche se non presente di persona, ci ha assistito con gentilezza e squisitezza. Tutte queste caratteristiche hanno contribuito a rendere la vacanza indimenticabile, rilassante e in sintonia con la natura.

VISTA MERAVIGLIOSA sulla PELOSA
Siamo stati in questa casa 2 adulti+ 2 bambini la prima settimana di agosto 2019 e che dire il tutto PERFETTO, di sicuro la casa con la vista più bella di CAPO FALCONE, siamo arrivati e siamo stati accolti dal custode che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e ci ha spiegato le utenze della casa, biancheria ed asciugamani forniti e puliti! La casa è molto fuzionale ed ha ottime rifiniture ancora attuali sepper degli anno 70-80, 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno, ripostiglio, cucina (attrezzata di ogni cosa-forno, lavastoviglie, 6 fuochi......) sala molto grande (con 2 bei divani davanti alla TV) che è integrata con il balcone che è la vera chicca della casa..............vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia della pelosetta e torre della pelosa, attrezzata con tavolo da 6 persone e angolo con poltrone in vimini dove potersi leggere un buon libro alla vista del mare. La casa è molto ventilata e si stà bene a qualsiasi ora del giorno( il balcone infatti è al sole solo al mattino fino alle 10:00). La casa ha anche una doccia esterena per togliersi la sabbia prima di entrare in casa! Altro punto di FORZA è il parcheggio, chi è stato alla pelosa sà cosa vuol dire trovare un posto auto e quanto pagarlo! Qui vi verranno dati chiavi e telecomando dove lasciare la vostra auto all'interno del parcheggio privato interno di fianco alla vostra casa (comodo anche per carico e scarico valigie). L'accesso alla spiaggia è comodissimo, partire da casa vostra con la sacca ed i teli mare e attraverso un marciapiede arriverete alla pelosa in 3/4 minuti. La zona vicino alla casa è fornita di ogni servizio, direttamente a piedi (50/80 metri) potrete andare al bar/supermercato/edicola e ristorante/pizzeria (capo falcone, fanno anche la pizza da asporto). Il Paese di stintino è molto bello e ci sono un sacco di ristoranti/bar e lounge bar dove poter passare ore piacevoli! Per Concludere che dire......ci siamo trovati benissimo e non volevamo più tornare a casa! CONSIGLIATISSIMO
