The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and polite. There was an issue with the internet when I arrived due to the recent storm surge in the area. We worked as a team to get me checked in and he gave me some information about the restaurants in the neighborhood. He is an exemplary example of going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
