Hamilton House 302 offers magnificent sunsets from the Top Floor

Home Away from Home - Hamilton House 302 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 302 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Panel Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and North America calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 302 has a Washer/Dryer. Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as 6 beach towels.

The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in an open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in.

Maximum occupancy: 6. It is a Smoke -Free Vacation Rental. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Great Place to "De-Stress"
The location of this property is perfect. On the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property management staff were great and very responsive to everything we needed. The only negative was the lack of a decent grill and an area to grill out and enjoy the evening, although they have the space to do that. It would be an easy fix to really enhance this property.

We loved the property and the location on Gulf Blvd. Everything was very clean and the pool and beach were easily accessible. Short drive to either John’s Pass or Clearwater. Loved it and will bring our family back again.

Its a very nice unit. Has tall toliets for handicap which was wonderful. The overall room was nice. This is our 6th visit to this condo. First time in this room The ice maker broke while we were there and poored water everywhere. Had to deal with two repair men. After a 12 hour drive dealing with that was not fun. Phone rang all the time. Took it off the hook. Shower came on in master bathroom for no reason and woke us up at 2am. But overall was good. Probably would stay in this room again.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. The condo was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the sunsets from the deck. Very close to some very good restaurants. Only 1 beach chair. A suggestion would be to provide a set so a couple could enjoy sitting on the beach. Very nice kitchen area. No paper towels or dish soap so we needed to purchase our own which wasn’t a huge deal. Would be nice to provide those items. Read later we could have gone to the office to ask for dish soap but that was several miles away in a different building and not convenient. We would stay again. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect relaxation
My husband, my mother, and I spent a week in your beautiful condo. It was so quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool in the early afternoons and then late afternoons and sunsets from the porch. Great location with many restaurants nearby.

Can’t think of a single complaint
The property was exactly as described and the staff who help with reservations or concerns while you are there are extremely kind. Loved how low key the area was compared to Clearwater. Trolley/bus stop nearby. Great restaurants in walking distance. Better food than we had in Clearwater beach. Beach was quiet. Pool was perfect. I can’t find one bad thing to say. We will definitely be back. Came with my 3 year old son and my mom. Really appreciated having beach towels, toys, an umbrella and chairs already in condo.

The pent house of Hamilton Place!
This place was super clean and super spacious! It was exactly how it looked in the photos and more! We could not have been happier with our condo! We traveled with 6 other families who also rented at Hamilton House and ours was by far the most spacious and luxurious! This condo is located on the third floor (top floor)and was very quiet. Only complaint we can mention was the check in process because it was at a different location further away and we had two Lyfts driving us from the airport. The people vacationing with us rented from VRBO and did not have to use that check in process, we had to get a ride with a friend to travel back to get the key after I had already checked in because they wouldn't let me have the key before check in time even though I said I would not go in while the maids were cleaning. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also not usable due to damage. ** There are plenty of places to eat located right across the street and the food was great! We enjoyed the bakery every morning as well. A bait shop is also located right across the street for any fisherman. The trolley stop is two blocks away we had no need to rent a car. Wal-mart delivered our groceries but there is a small market in walking distance. I ordered our Lyfts and our groceries a week prior to arrival.

IRB Family Vacation 2023
The new shower in master suite was the best! All the beds slept comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from the balcony at sunset is priceless. The pool was always neat and clean. The elevator makes being on third floor a breeze. Covered parking is a plus. This is our favorite vacation spot with family and friends in the other rooms at Hamilton House.

IRB Vacation
I really enjoyed the condo we stayed in at Hamilton House! Well furnished with kitchen items and televisions. The only thing that would have totally enhanced the stay would be a key drop box for departure. It was an inconvenience to have to drive back to the Sand Dollar so early in the morning and then turn around to head the proper direction to home. BUT....other than that, I would recommend your property to others and would be thrilled to stay again!!!
