Perfect location/Filthy room
Mattress on bed and pull-out couch need to be burned. Covered in blood and urine! Room needs a deep cleaning, painting and screens. Stairs going up to room are disgustingly dirty. Pool was nice and clean. Check-in lady was wonderful. The bathroom door is split and curling. Tub should have been replaced when new tile went in. Really needs attention.

We replaced both the mattress with brand new ones. They are so comfortable. We wish you would have said something during your stay . Management staff would have changed out the mattresses for you . Again we wish you would have said something to the management team . they are on site and eager to help with any concerns. Thank you your comments about the pool. Hope you enjoyed the beach front and pool views from the balcony and all the restaurants and bars within walking distance

Cannot beat the location!! Wonderful stay. Friendly host.
This studio apt was just perfect for my husband and I’s honeymoon. You cannot beat this location or space for the price. There is a little walk up grill / bar right across the street on the beach with the absolute best food. This location was highly walkable. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

We signed up for 26 days and stayed 2. As soon as we could, we found another place. We strongly felt It had been misrepresented to us by Rick the owner. He refused any refund.

We do not and did not misrepresent our condo. The pictures, location and all the information is 100% accurate. We spoke on the phone over 5 times . You asked me if the condo was in Anna Maria Island and i told you No Its in St Pete Beach and i gave you the address numerous times. Then your husband Glen called many times and I Clarified this with him - Telling him the Condo is in St.Pete Beach NOT Anna Maria Island. He told me he understood this but, i guess you all were still confused. You seemed to have booked 2 places in 2 different locations . When you arrived at the condo in St. Pete Beach you were expecting it to be the condo in Anna Maria Island. I told you i am not the manager of the Anna Maria Condo we are not affiliated . This was explained to you both many times Unfortunately, you were unable to understand this. I was 100% honest and clear with you. You booked it thru the vrbo where you can see all the pictures and property information. I feel we did all we can to help you and we kept your room under your reservation and we did not break our agreement/contract thru the vrbo

Great location. Nice property but needs some TLC. Bathroom door needs replaced utility closet needs improvement. Cable did not work for first two days cable company had to come out. Great pool and view.

The cable didn’t work, bare minimum for cooking utensils, it was hot in our room (there were two box fans in the closet) we used both. The pillows and bed spread was dirty. The tub was dirty.

Great place!
Did not have cable, no TV service. Otherwise Everything was great, 1 block from beach, full kitchen to cook meals. Only had to move car 2xs in a week. Would definitely stay again!! I have traveled alot, this is one of the best!

The actual employee checking us in was rude/lazy, property was very conveniently located but not very clean. Wi-Fi didn’t work and TRS/gulf winds staff weren’t very helpful. Overall it was fair, would recommend if you didn’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room!

Perfect for us two. Unit overlooked the pool but we could also see the Gulf. Unit was clean and had central air. The lock for the door gave us some challenges, better printed instructions would help. Also, the office needs to be better marked so it's visible after dark, identify parking locations.

We are happy to hear the unit was perfect for you and you enjoyed the very clean and AC unit that has a direct ocean and pool view. The office is on the property with a Map of it's location and sends a welcome email along with a welcome package with all the door lock instructions along with everything else you would need during your stay. TRS the property manager does an excellent job with this . It is very clear where it is and sorry you had a hard time finding it. The entire property and area is very well lit and extremely safe. The free parking that is provided is for any parking spot on the property . There is plenty of parking . A one star review is extremely harsh and unjust .

Great location comfortable bed clean linens, clean kitchen, could use a little bit of tender, loving care in a little areas but nothing that affects your stay and we were told they were working on them so I would stay again for sure. Great communication.

Great location, poorly equipped
Great pool area, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Dishes were filled with termite shavings when we arrived and someone was supposed to come the next day to take care of it, but never showed and we didn't receive any follow-up info from unit owner or management. Linens were old and worn. Not worth the price!

the complex manager had the unit treated and it was resolved. We apologize for not following up . We assumed they communicated this with you since we didn't hear back from you. All the linens have been replaced recently and termites gone . We react and address any issues immediately. We wish you would have said something so we could have fixed this issue and replaced the linens for you

The condo is right across from the Paradise Grill which is in front of the beach . 1 minute from the condo to the sand . The pool was immaculately clean and warm .

The two biggest things are the location with 4-5 good restaurants within walking distance and the friendly people there (15 ladies do water exercises in the pool every morning at 10:00).

Perfect for my Wife and I
If you are going to St Pete Beach to stream videos all day or to play video games, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a spot basically on the beach, overlooking the pool with a view of the sunset from your balcony, then this is the place for you. We arrived on Monday and checked out on Friday. During this time, we moved our car 0 times. We did come prepared with groceries, but everything you need is within walking distance. Make sure to check out Willy's, next to the Toasted Monkey. The burger is phenominal!

The location was great the place was pretty clean but there was a lot of things broke ,the windows the patio door, bathtub leaks bathroom door needs replacing the fridge doesn’t shut very well hits the counters,there was only 2 towels for 3 people in a condo that sleeps 4 .Did not get check in info had to scramble and figure out how to get intouch with owner to get information which he was quick to apologize and get me the info. He took care of our thermostat that didn’t work when we checked in because it needed charged which happens . It really was find for a weekend stay . It was just not what I’m used to staying in

The property is so close to the beach and within walking distance of many amazing restaurants and bars. The full kitchen made it easy to make breakfast in the mornings and to refrigerate drinks to keep cold. Plenty of space for 2 people!!! The pool is nice to relax in also. We had great views of the ocean!!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!

This was not a "newly renovated unit" - bathroom door was busted (broken on the bottom), bathtub faucet and toilet continued to leak non-stop, closet doors were bent and their rails were rusted, and they really, really need to update the bedding. Sheets were sticky microfiber instead of cotton so it was very hot to sleep under that, and they were worn out, with little knots on the surface that made the fabric feel rough. Pillows were very old and all squished/lumpy. Door lock was messed up, it took several attempts every time when we tried to lock/unlock it. On the other hand, the kitchenette was very well equipped, pool and beach were superb. We liked the simple check-in very much - a message from the property manager that the key will be in the lockbox on the door and the combination is so and so, with the rest of the information available inside on the table. Very good Wifi.

Fantastic Location!
My friend and I stayed at the condo for a weekend girls' trip. Everything was exactly as described. With the Murphy Bed and pull out couch, it was the perfect space for us. We could not get over the amazing location! Aside from the beautiful beach, we walked to everything - restaurants, carryout, beach store.

It was a good location for walking and for the beach. Being able to see the ocean from the window in the condo was amazing. The owners are very thoughtful in providing anything you might need from coffee filters, beach chairs, to hairspray! Very kind. On the other hand, the Murphy bed situation is pretty bad (impossible to sleep well) and it never seems to cool down in the condo. The AC just doesn’t handle the humidity and it was hot. Public beach parking is right outside your window and there is lots of noise. We wouldn’t stay here again because it was uncomfortable and too much action going on around the condo. We barely got any sleep.

This is first time hearing that the bed was not comfortable. We have reviews saying the opposite. The bed is very comfortable. July 4th week is extremely busy and the fire work show was amazing! You can see from the condo . Yes it is very busy during this holiday time . This condo and location is not the place to be if you want a quiet 4th of July . The AC is brand new and works perfect. Florida is hot in the summer and we make sure our AC works - it is a top priority

Low Key Stay with a perfect location!
The condo was exactly as described and was perfect for a few days stay at the most beautiful beach. The location is truly perfection. The Paradise Grill, across the street , was so delicious and convenient. This condo is definitely not fancy but I didn’t expect it to be for the price. My husband and I stayed with our 7 year old and had plenty of space.

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved the location of this condo. It was right next to the beach access, lots of beach bars and restaurants were within walking distance, there’s a convenience store around the corner that we walked to anytime we needed ice/beverages/etc. The pool was right outside the balcony. It was super nice not having to worry about driving anywhere. Definitely recommend!

Great stay with perfect location
I was pleasantly surprised at this location, the pool and cleanliness of it, and the condo was just what we needed. I think the balcony needs new chair and table, I didn't want to use it as it was so rusted and potentially unsafe. The closet was very disorganized, everything was thrown in it, just a little bit of time and money should be put into it. We will rent again and we let our friends know about it too.

Beautiful area with lots of restaurants and enough shops. Not a “hiGH end area but not aged or dangerous either. The whole week was a good value! Condo had everything we needed- coffee maker, beach chairs, cable /streaming options, etc. No surprises. A few minor things (balcony furniture)needed tuning up because weather is hard on materials. We loved and would come back for the price. Such a nice beach and they do a great job maintaining the pool!

Weekend visit with our daughter
We stayed in this lovely condo to visit our daughter who attends Eckard University. It was spacious and comfortable for us to make dinner for her and a couple of friends. The location is perfect! Right across from the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you want to visit downtown St. Petersburg it's a short drive where there is plenty to do. Rick was quick with replies when we had questions and the neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend this property for a great stay on the beach.

Great stay!
This is a great place for a single traveler or couple that wants to be close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very accommodating as our flight came in earlier than check in and he had the room ready. The place was clean and the pull out bed was comfortable. Perfect location and would stay here again!
