"Very basic room but clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was minimal but suitable for vegans as they had bananas and plain instant oatmeal. The location is very convenient and is a stop on the sightseeing trolley due to a 500 year old oak tree on premises. The motel is adjacent to the fountain of youth that also has many peacocks (very noisy). We enjoyed the stay and would stay again if our travels take us back to St. Augustine. "

"Check in was really easy and quick. Room was clean and in a great location. The beach is just across the street with two restaurants practically on the hotel property. Very convenient. The bed was comfortable if you like firm. Would definitely stay another night."
