Newly renovated beach townhouse located on Crescent Beach! Tarpon Run #35 is a two-story townhome perfect for the beach or boating with family or friends. Approximately 6 miles to Historic Downtown with many restaurants and shops along A1A. Tarpon Run is a short walk to the beach from this property. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en'suite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs provides an open floor plan with fully renovated and equipped kitchen, large dining area, half bath and living area with a large flat screen TV. Cable TV, Wi-Fi & DVD provided. First Floor bedroom off living room has a trundle bed. Outdoor deck located on first floor with seating to enjoy time with family and friends. This townhome is complete with a front load washer and dryer.

Great place
I would love that it was a quiet part of the beach, but close enough to restaurants and bars. If you have a dog they will love it the beach is dog, friendly and beautiful. The only thing I wish is it have a big deck with a grill

My adult children and I stayed here for a week. Properly was exactly as described. Quiet area a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be booking this property again! Loved it!

Not an ideal location for small kids.
Beach access is across the road (very busy highway to be crossing with small kids) and definitely a hike to navigate with beach coolers, wagons, and chairs… lots of stairs to get to the beach. The beds were extremely hard, we bought a king size memory foam topper to try to help make it through. We did leave it because those toppers are impossible to roll back up. The pool is an older one. It needed to be cleaned when we got there. It was full of crabs and dead ones at that . The place was clean, but not kid friendly. We left a day early.

My only complaint is that I was under the impression that the venue was closer to both the beach AND the pool. With small children, it was tough getting them to their favorite places.

We loved the home! Nice location, the beach access is not right across the road, it is a little ways past the apartments but still very close. Apartment was clean and had everything that was needed. Restaurants and family activities were close by. The pool was a nice accessory. Would definitely book again!

Super townhome by the water
This is a beautifully updated townhome in a very quiet neighbourhood. Right across the street from the beach and a short distance from St Augustine Beach. Many fabulous restaurants nearby. We loved the big kitchen for cooking and having everyone together. Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms were a big plus. We hope to be back next year. We really enjoyed this property. Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing. It was very clean and comfortable and you can tell it has been recently remodeled. The location is very close to the beach so no car needed 🏖️ We would definitely stay here again!

Would have been nice if it were clean
Upon arrival the bed my husband and I stayed in had dog/cat hair all over it. To me that's unacceptable because it shows that they did not even change the bed before the next guest arrived. I am also allergic to dogs/cats and even though we changed the sheets, my husband got a blanket from downstairs and put it on the bed late at night and now my eyes are swollen and my nose is crazy stuffy and some other symptoms as well. There was other people's hair in the bathroom and when we swept we found hair that clearly wasn't ours in the downstairs area. The condo itself was pretty nice it's just the cleanliness for me was a big deal. Several dishes were not clean and the pool was fine but looks way better in the pictures. Overall a nice area and a quick walk to the beach but I do not think I will be staying there again.
