"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "Rented this apartment for 3 nights while visiting family close by. Very spacious, easy accessibility as on ground floor. Plenty of room for family to visit & help with care for my son (who has mobility needs). Some minor fixing required to toilet seat, freezer door, washing machine door. Some on road parking available with permit provided but found it difficult to find a space later in the day. Was unaware of car park behind property that could be used until last night of stay.
