The bathroom was forgotten in our first room, so it was dirty and we had no towels. The front desk accommodated us quickly and moved us to a new perfect room. The food is delicious and so inexpensive.

My husband and I took our kids to close out the summer and have our last weekend vacation together. We loved the place, people were so kind and welcoming that always made our family trip unforgettable. Hands down and we will highly recommend it

The front desk service is top notch and our room was thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing. Traveled here for a convention and really appreciated location close to mass mutual center. Several good restaurant options right in the hotel/casino. Loved the museum complex which has fine art, science museum and a fun museum dedicated to Springfield native, Dr Seuss.
