"The rental is right on the water and the area is beautiful. The watercrafts were in poor shape but we brought our own and it was amazing to be near the river. The place was clean and had all of the basics and comforts of home. The floor is not steady and I'm not sure what that is about but we loved our stay there!!!"

"Lovely, quiet property on the canal with easy kayak access to the Weeki Wachee River! Full kitchen, roomy quarters, kayaks, paddles and life jackets included! Nice shaded deck on the canal, plus large screened in patio with a dining table and chairs - indoor or outdoor dining! Italian restaurant and gas station just down the street!"

"This was exactly what we thought it would be. Please know that if you are an outdoors type person and just need a place to watch tv while you fall asleep then this is for you. Keep in mind it is small but very comfortable. Woke up and had my coffee with about 25 manatee in the water just outside the camper!! How neat to see them and all the fish and sharks too. Would definitely stay here again and try my luck at fishing next time. Outdoor shower did not disappoint and the water was nice and hot!...

"My boyfriend and I had a great time. This place is very roomy, clean and has everything you need. There are a variety of places to eat nearby. We would definitely return when we can stay longer. We were in town visiting family and were staying here as a central location to all. The hosts responded to all inquiries promptly."

"Not quite what we expected. I knew the house was shared with other people. The bedroom that we stayed in had an entrance from the driveway. With this, it was uncomfortable at night due to the headlights from cars shining in through the blinds (even with them closed). then it became obvious that there was also a bedroom directly above us so that was loud and obnoxious. Also adding to this noise a smoke detector somewhere in the main living area needed a battery change so that continuously went...

"One night stay, my grand daughters LOVED the flamingo house! Serenity room was just as described. Nice people running the place & quaint location. Exactly what we were looking for!"

"We really enjoyed staying here. The property was exactly as described in the listing!!!! Many things available for use while there...such as beach towels, chairs, kayaks, games, lounge chairs, Netflix on the TVs, and soooo much more. We were here in early May and saw manatees as well! The only thing worth noting is that the stairs might be difficult to climb for anyone elderly or walking handicap."

The back of the house is where it’s at! Nice big deck to sit, relax and let your cares go. We used the kayaks that was furnished and was able to put in right at the back of the house. We will definitely be back! Do not hesitate to reserve this appropriately named house: Our piece of paradise !!"
