"Front desk staff was cold and preoccupied. Didn't provide any information about WiFi access, facilities, dining or checkout time.
Even though there was remodeling in process around the outside area, things were clean and quiet."
"The person who checked me in was amazing! She was incredibly helpful. Handling people at the desk asking questions, people calling in, new people checking in, all at the same time with grace and poise and smile on her face!!"

"I was some disappointed that no rooms for accessibility for handi cap were available in main building. I did see rooms with the dual level looking glass but they were occupied by monthly rentals, (likely government for homeless?)
Anyway even though im not in a wheel chair i have bad arthritus in legs and back and a simple grab bar by the toilet and a walk in shower would have made my stay better. **you know the grab rail along the toilet would be a good idea in every room to help people stand up."
