"It was great, except usually there is shampoo, conditioner, handsoap in every Embassy I have ever stayed in. This one had hand lotion where the hand soap usually is and lotion where the conditioner in the shower usually is. We did tell the front desk and we had to ask for conditioner every night. The microwave plate would not rotate in the microwave either. The toilet clogged easily too. Other then that, it was a great stay as always. We will be back."

"Very limited outside appeal. Maybe a nicer picnic/ grilling area, Also would benefit from a full length mirror in the unit; Besides that everything was excellent! Very nice quiet room with everything that you needed and a great AC unit. I would definitely come again."

"Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind als Familie mit 5 Personen gereist. Negativ war, dass weder TV noch WLAN zur Verfuegung standen. Wir haben dies zwei Tage vor der Anreise erfahren und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie versuchen, das Problem schnellstmoeglich zu beheben. Hierfuer wurde uns eine Entschaedigung gezahlt. Leider war es das auch dann. Nach mehrmaligen Anrufen sagte uns dann eine andere Mitarbeiterin, dass definitiv niemand zur Reparatur kommen wird - dafuer haetten...

"We will definitely stay here again! We loved the newness, cleanliness, adequate space and comfortable beds. The location was perfectly situated right across the gulf, with its own private beach entrance! The pool and hot tub were clean and the bonus was the splash pad for the kids! We are very pleased with Alerio! "
