"We had an amazing time at this property with our adult children and grandchildren. Kids loved the pool and all the pool toys. House was clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like home for the time we were there. Bryant was very accommodating and was always available if needed. "Our group of 4 couples stayed a long weekend at this rental for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was close to venue, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City and neighboring St Pete. Kitchen/common area was large and had plenty of seating to spread out, perfect for our group. Anthony was very thorough in his communications and quick with responses. Would stay here again."

"If you want to check in early 75$ fee- the place is fantastic very nice. But I had zero replies from the hosts the entire time. Also something to note there's some sort of maintenance person coming by at least everyday of the week. So just something to keep in mind. The property is great and very well taken care of but just some things to keep in mind. We even tried to extend the stay but never heard a reply from hosts."

"Owner was in the middle of a huge property renovation. Everything looked beautiful but not everything worked. He personally set temps for pool & air. We had no control & went from hot & stuffy to cold & back. We were unable to use the pool until the last day. Oven did not work yet & new cooktop only had 1 pan that worked on it. It just wasn’t worth the $"

We got the City Pass for Tampa and went to Bush Gardens, Tampa Zoo (from the Animal Planet series: Secrets of the Zoo) and the Florida Aquarium in downtown Tampa. All attractions 25 minutes or less. Wonderful bed and pillows! I always look for reviews that include bedding and this one knocked it out of the park!"

"The house was clean, comfortable and recently updated. The black and white/chrome motif almost made it. The best hit was the black seated chrome stemmed bar stools. None of the living room/dining room furniture matched. Neither bathroom was en suite. The shower in the tub was like being barraged by thousands of needles and incapable of being temperature controlled. Induction cookware for a non-induction stove? "We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the local beaches before he headed to Sarasota. The neighborhood wasn't great but we never felt uncomfortable. The apartment and decorations were cute and sufficient for our needs. The beds weren't terribly comfortable and the road noise was bad.. I actually slept on the couch the 2nd night and I'm not a light sleeper. Suggestions: The lint trap in the dryer had over an inch of lint, thankfully we checked.
