We were not given the condo pictured in the listing. We were in 205. Our fridge did not work and we lost food overnight even after they came and said it was fixed. TVs didn't have anything to watch on them and was told when asked about it that you have to bring your own devices. Jets in tub in master bath would not turn off and were on all night. The next night we were moved to 902 and it was amazing. No problems in this condo!

Condo was nice BUT ice maker didn’t work; sink clogged entire time; very dusty; buzzing sound in hallway or near exit or condo very hard to determine where it came from, none of the lamps worked in the third bedroom so it was very dark because the light fixture on the ceiling had very dim bulbs.

Don’t waste your money.
The room on pictures and the reality are completely different. It’s not the room as the ad. Very downgrade condo with stain and dirty all over the place. The ice maker doesn’t work. Very poor communication.

Don’t do it! Very poor management
When we arrived we saw the large pool was closed. The employees behind the counter said they told everyone two weeks in advance the pool would be closed for Labor Day weekend. We were never notified. I was given a phone number to call but they were closed for the day. When we got to the room the bedding was not configured in the manner I booked. There was a bunk bed in the kids room which caused major grief with the grands because they were too young to sleep up top. And it gets worse. The only TV in the unit that worked was in the living room. The cable boxes were removed from the other 2 rooms! And the cable in the living room was basic. No sports or news channels. The sofa was extremely hard and dirty. Since the main pool was closed we were “allowed” to use the next door pool. It was dirty and over crowded. I paid for one thing and got another. Very disappointed. Will not return. The whole trip I got to look out and see yellow tape around the pool we were supposed to be able to use.

Beautifully decorated condo with great views. Very Clean and Great staff welcomed us. The washer was a bit tricky to work, but everything was great! Will stay here again!

Very friendly staff! The grounds and condos are extremely clean. The pool and hot tub were great and you can't beat the location. Would be nice to have a few more items in the condo (hair dryer, soap for dishwasher, salt, pepper, coffee filters....some basics) to help get by, but overall a great stay and we would come here again.

Furniture in the apartment was broken. the lift did not wok, and we had rented an apartment in the 19th floor, and no communication or help from the staff.

The beach was amazing, and so was the pool. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. My only complaint was that we had to ask a lot of questions in order to know where certain things were. There were lots of amenities such as the restaurant, gift shop, complimentary beach towels, etc. that aren't obvious. You have to ask because they are in the building next door or at desk. They do not help with bags or trash either. Small things but for the price you expect a little more involvement by the staff. But everyone was very polite and it was a clean attractive place as well.

The room had not been dusted in quite some time. The area rugs had not been vacuum. Walking bare foot you could tell that the floor had not been cleaned. The refrigerator vent at the bottom was full of dust. So bad that if a fire doesn't start the refrigerator will wear out sooner. Chipped coffee cups. They were not safe to drink from. Dust on headboards of beds.

Sapphire South Padre
The condo was wonderful with a view of the pool and water. It was spacious and everyone had a great time. The boys went to the spa located in the building and had an awesome experience. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful condo close to the beach
Spent 3 days at Sapphire with another couple. Condo was very roomy and well stocked. The staff were all awesome! Amenities galore- pool, hot tub, spa, theater room, pool, shuffleboard and fooseball tables. Walkway to the beach. Had a wonderful time!
