"The owner was very responsive to issues we had. The remote didn’t work to the A/C heat system. We had no air for the first night. But she delivered a new one within hours of us letting her know. The satellite tv didn’t work at all. 4 nights no TV. They called the company but it couldn’t be fixed before we left. We had a hard time staying connected to the WiFi. It would last maybe 4 minutes before dropping. I wish someone told us that we had to walk to the apartment and to use only the Busa Gate...

No hot water, Wi-Fi was on and off depending what part of the apartment I was in. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. The area is very safe and very beautiful:) "
