Excellent stay!

Really enjoyed our stay this weekend! We were in town for a family event, and booked the king suite. We were very pleased with how roomy it was! Hotel was clean & staff was great! Only improvement I could suggest is maybe an adjustable height showerhead for us extra tall people. 😁

The Staff are Excellent! Very friendly and helpful! The walkways near the pool by the rooms are wet and VERY slippery. Odd people hang out in the parking lot at night. They do NOT need to be there. Overall good value for the money. I've stayed here before and will return again

During check in, I use the check area rest room and noticed a roach quickly crawling to hide...that gave me pause from the beginning. The web site offered late checkout, but the receptionist informed me that was not the case and see how the hotel was being manages...I rescinded that idea anyway. I had to re-key the door key several times. Bathtub had cigarette burns as if it was a smoker's room and I requested non-smokers. Sheet/spread and comforter had what arrears to be cigarette burns through them. Pool "Falsely" advertised with an awesome image and a great selling point for staying there, but not available. Great location for food and access to Lancaster itself...This hotel has great possibilities!

The bedding was dirty and the room smelled bad, the refrigerator was very dusty and so was the microwave. Also, this is my second time visiting Lancaster and the 2 times I've gone the pool is always covered. When checking out they made us wait for them to check the rooms, probably thinking we had stolen something, just because we weren't Americans, because some of my friends also stayed there and at no time did they make the process as difficult for them as they did for my family. Not to mention that the breakfast was very poor, with apples that looked like they were weeks old.

Absolutely Awful

The person at check-in was difficult and not very nice. We booked a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The bedding was stained and ripped. The room was not clean, including pubic hair on the toilet seat. Shady people hanging around the hotel. This felt like a rundown, unsafe place to stay, probably the worst we’ve ever stayed at. Shocking that Hotels.com had it rated so high, very misleading. Will be checking other review sites before booking a property in the future.
