The complex has year-round heated pool, Spa, Lighted Tennis Courts, and COME & RELAX at our Beautiful Beach Abode featuring 2 BR & 2BA's in a private gated oceanfront community, w/ a large balcony for entertaining! No ocean view. The complex has year-round heated Pool and Spa temporary closed, Lighted Tennis Courts & BBQ Grill and if tank is empty we will reimburse you to fill it. It is a short walk to Fletcher Cove, Train Station, Del Mar Race Track, Restaurants & Shops. Cedros Design District is just over the walking bridge with over 85 one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques, galleries, spas and entertainment to enjoy! You deserve a week at the beach!

Cozy and clean condo at walk distance to the ocean
This condo is kids friendly and is located at very convenient place, right next to the pool and jacuzzi. Condo itself is very clean and kitchen has all condiments. We enjoyed it very much and see ourselves coming back here again.

Great location Nice condo and community with pool and tennis court Condo is stocked well, even beach towels and shampoo/conditioner. Be prepared to log into streaming services for any TV viewing.

The location is fabulous! The home had everything we needed. FYI - It does not have air conditioning. We opened the windows at night and used the available fans and we were totally fine.

Poor handling of situation
We were enjoying our stay at the little condo until the property manager decided that he wanted to check up on the flooring. We told him he could. Then the next day, he texted asking if he could bring the broker to stop by to look at the place. So then we texted back the property manager saying if we could have a “peaceful vacation without interruption” and he simply replied “okay, not coming” I think it would be common sense to not interrupt someone’s vacation time until they have left.

Great spot
Really nicely appointed place. Very comfy beds, great linens, lots of nice towels. Plush. Really cute place. A little bit of noise from street due to construction on the block. Nice, new kitchen. Knives are full, but adequate tools to prep a couple of meals. Would def stay again. Nice place, nice people.

Highly Recommend this great location!
The property was beautiful with close easy access to the beach. My family very much enjoyed the entire 8 days we were there. The condo is very nice and welcoming and the kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. Condo #169 is close to the pool and the beach. We would highly recommend this location to others and plan to stay again!

Perfect location!
This property was in the perfect location for our needs... about 40 minutes from the center of SD and a 90 minute ride to Disney. In addition it was located in a gated community which had direct beach access. The place was clean and has everything you need. All linens, kitchen supplies and even boogie boards and chairs were in the condo. The house was located very close to the street entrance which was really convenient for loading and unloading the car. It was steps from the pool and tennis courts. Be sure to walk to the beach at sunset the views are amazing !
