Some of the most kind/sweet/gracious/helpful staff I have ever encountered in many years of international travel. Super bargain for upscale - but not pretentious - property, pool, gym, eating and drinking options and tour arrangements. I have traveled the world and this is the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. It has many interesting architectural features but Its beauty comes from the woodworking. It has a forest of hardwood. Hardwood floors, solid hardwood chairs and doors, hardwood cornices, hardwood wainscoting in the halls, hardwood on the elevator both inside and out. but by far the most striking feature is the hardwood circular stairway. It is a work of art. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, a very nice large pool, and excellent landscaping.

Amazing hotel amazing staff

All the staff were friendly and could have been any more helpful. The hotel itself is very grand and impressive with excellent pool, food and rooms. Phin was the hotel Contact who looked after us and helped book some activities too. Great stay!

The staffs were very friendly. We booked a tour to see sunrise and had to leave at 4:30am, I mentioned to the front desk and they prepared a big bucket of breakfast for us to take to the bus. Hotel is clean and quiet.
