God location

It’s a quaint home but overall I didn’t enjoy the breakfast in the room experience. Location is convenient. Place is clean. The portable AC unit is a bit noisy for me personally. Bathroom is large but mainly taken up by big tub. Shower is tight.

Wonderful little inn near water in Sidney. Nearby shopping and dining and close to walking trails along the coast. Serves a nice breakfast and just a short ride to the airport. Much better than staying at a chain hotel at the airport!

The Beacon Inn continues to be our favourite place to stay whenever we visit Sidney & Victoria. It is beautifully decorated with antiques and tasteful Victorian decor. It’s on a quiet street that is close to the main Beacon Ave & the ocean walkway. The light breakfast that is provided in one’s room may also be supplemented by other treats in the lounge. The main level sitting & tea areas are also a bonus & the late afternoon complimentary sherry is a nice treat. The staff have limited hours & are always friendly and helpful. It’s also nice to have the keypad front door lock to come & go at any time.
