Great experience
Neat updated older place with high ceilings and all amenities. Great location- walking distance to breweries and downtown. Off street parking was the best due to the traffic at a good brewery next door. Will stay again.

Not as advertised
We were disappointed to learn it does not have a hot tub as listed. Kitchen is very small and poorly stocked. House does have the old house charm and the proximity to shops and restaurants in Sheridan is nice. Host was responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect Location
Fantastic Sheridan home that is very close to downtown and the restaurants and shops in the area. Came to town for a weekend of motorcycling, and the house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The front porch is a wonderful bonus, and the proximity of the brewery was a plus.

Great House and Location
This home is charming. It's so close to downtown Sheridan; we walked to meals and shopping. Luminous Brewery is two doors down, Andi's bakery and the Market hall are just up the block. We sat on the front porch in the morning and night and watched the trains across the street. Upstairs rooms had air-conditioning. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We definitely recommend this property

Needs Deeper Cleaning
Getting a contact number for Dawn was very difficult (1hr + on hold wait). But once we had the contact number Dawn was absolutely terrific. The only real complaint was the extreme amount of dog hair in the bedroom with the King bed. The balls of dog hair kept coming out of the carpet, even after we vacuumed. It really was gross, have dog hair on clothes and even in the suitcase.

Amazing getaway
We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children (3 and 1), who were in town for a wedding and mini vacation. The house was perfect for us. Dawn is a great host who accommodated our need to check in early. Don't be discouraged by other reviews complaining about the trains... they were not a problem at all, especially for upstairs guests who could use the AC units as white noise. All in all, this is a fantastic spot to stay, and you should book it!

Spacious and clean
We enjoyed our stay! The house is well equipped with everything you would need. Beds are comfortable. Linens and towels are fresh and clean. Fenced-in yard was convenient with kids. All of us enjoyed the covered porch. Hardly used the large dining room table, we were always on the porch. Down town was within walking distance, along with a brewery and dollar store. Kendrick park has a River walk and great playground. Tongue River canyon was a beautiful hike. Steamboat point was a fun hike too! Lots to do, wish we had more time. As others have mentioned, there is a train close by and gets used frequently. (All hours) Check in/check out procedures were “simple” Dawn was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for sharing your place! The Quandt Family

Quaint farmhouse
Quaint, rustic farmhouse located near downtown Sheridan. It is an older house, but is well maintained. It was enjoyable to sit on the front porch and relax. It was convenient to have two bathrooms and the additional parking in the rear was helpful as much of the street parking was taken.

Family thanksgiving
My family (my two little kids, mom, dad, sister, brother in law, and nephew) had a pleasant stay at this house. The proximity to downtown and the parks was wonderful. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to, which was a lifesaver with three kids in car seats. The alleyway parking was spacious enough for all three of our vehicles and the bedrooms were really large and comfy. The kitchen was small but adequate. We were able to pull off a full thanksgiving meal without too much trouble. And the house was kid friendly even though the stairs were steep and narrow. The baby/pet gates were nice to have to help contain the toddler chaos. While the closeness to downtown was an overall positive, the Main Street the house is on plus the railroad tracks literally across the street was definitely a negative. The bedroom with the king bed would literally shake depending on the train going by. Even though be the train doesn’t sound it’s horn it could be disruptive for light sleepers. The upstairs was also very cold and the blankets on the Queen and king beds upstairs were definitely not warm enough. Overall, it was a nice house and we had a wonderful visit.

Nicest hunting cabin ever!
A mini family reunion to hunt whitetail deer was a huge success. There were plenty of beds & rooms, communal and private space, and a private rear entrance with great parking. Close enough to walk to town for sports bars or shopping. The 1 downside are the trains that run frequently all night & wake you up. Ear plugs would be a good thing to bring with you. The manager Dawn is awesome. She will take card of you. The house is well worth the money.
