"When walking into the Farmhouse it is really clean, fresh, and very cute. Was not afraid to let our 8 month old crawl around on the floor. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be renting again. Easy to book, owners are easy to communicate with. It’s a nice quiet place to stay away from the noise of Gatlinburg . Highly recommend."

"We needed a place to stay for a local volleyball tournament at the Knoxville Convention center, which was 15 minutes away, and an all day event. So essentially we just needed a place to prepare breakfast and in the evening decompress, cook dinner, and relax until again next day of more volleyball. The amenities list it a 50+ Mbps but being in IT as a profession I rebooted equipment and retested a few times on speediest websites and could not...

"I traveled with my elderly parents and their dogs. It was so comfortable and relaxing for them. We needed for nothing. So close to everything and yet so quiet felt like we were in the middle of no where. House was extremely clean and had everything we would need. It was perfect."

The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious."

"The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!"

"The pictures really don't do this house justice. The master bedroom / bathroom were HUGE! As well as the rest of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved it. The location was quiet and it was refreshing to see the neighborhood kids outside playing and selling lemonade. You are outside town to have the country feel but close enough for quick travel to the stores. We would definitely stay again."
