"A fun place to explore! Unique rooms and unique courtyards. Breakfasts were good, Staff members were very nice and helpful. The pool patio was nice although not enough space for the number of guests wanting to sun bathe or get together with others. Pool was very nice with easy access but pretty cold. If you have mobility issues I would recommend mentioning that upfront as our room was a bit far with some stairs. Most rooms could be accessed by lifts."

"I chose this hotel for its location in the Santa Cruz Quarter, walkable to the main tourist sites. Although an older property, it is well maintained and obviously upgraded over the years. One downside was that the shower was tiny. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, so you need to walk to where cars can pick up and drop off. "It was my first time staying in an Only You property and it surpassed all of my expectations. The property was brand new and everything from the lobby, bar, and all the seating areas was exquisitely decorated. The room was also gorgeous and equipped with every amenity you can imagine—ladies there was a flatiron and tweezers kept among many other items in a beautiful box in the bathroom! The shower pressure was also incredibe. And not the mention the outstanding service by all the hotel staff. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is located a 30 min walk away from the historic centre of the city which wasn’t at all an issue for us."
