"I loved the property itself- the staff were absolutely lovely, it was conveniently located and clean. There was air conditioning and the toilets were really good. The area around the property can get quite loud esp in a street facing room. There are some clubs and bars nearby so noisy people can be heard at night. And the windows don’t really protect from the noise. But if you’re a deep sleeper it’s not too big an issue. "

"I chose this hotel for its location in the Santa Cruz Quarter, walkable to the main tourist sites. Although an older property, it is well maintained and obviously upgraded over the years. One downside was that the shower was tiny. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, so you need to walk to where cars can pick up and drop off.
