"This lovely home was SO close to my Florida family's home. It is also a stone's throw from all the Gulf Blvd beaches and eateries! The house lived up to the listing description-amenities were plentiful-especially all the beach items available for use (chairs, toys, coolers, floaties, etc.). Sandra was a great hostess, answering all my inquiries promptly. Thanks for a wonderful week!"

"This home was perfect for our group! Plenty of space, and parking to host 14 people with a very beautiful backyard and the pool was nice and warm!! Kitchen has all you need, plenty of linens and towels not to mention the beach is very close to the home. The host also responds quickly if you have any questions. "What a perfect vacation all around. The host was unreal. We have vacationed, but to have such great communication and attention to detail made this a perfect vacation all around. We received instructions before arriving, detailed instructions. We received suggestions for activities, places to go, things to see and we listened which made our nights out perfect as well. I do not have one complaint. My guests felt the comfort and space this home provided. My niece graduated from The University of Tampa and the house was the perfect place to host the family & friends. Our host provided all of the essentials you would want and expect (+ more). She sent us a delivery of ice, chocolates, snacks, and roses for my niece's graduation. Attention to detail did not lack at all! I cannot wait to rent this house again in the future. Thank you for making this the perfect event for my niece & our family."

"Overall, loved the home, location, and pool. My only complaint is the strong cleaning smell on the first day. Not sure what chemical is being used but a little strong for us. The cleaning smell dissipated after a couple of hours. The home owner was very nice letting us store our luggage in the garage prior tour visit and also allowing us a late check out. I would definitely stay they again."

"This was a great property. The property manager was in communication throughout the process, but not in an annoying way. The house was very clean and had an awesome backyard for the pups. About a half hour to downtown St. Pete. The Pinellas Trail is at the end of the street. I’ll definitely stay here again any time I’m in the St. Pete area."
