"Seriously awesome place to stay while enjoying the outdoor activities and natural beauty Sedona offers. Location is fabulous! Great views from the deck and close to trail heads, grocery stores, and restaurants. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable with a modern design. Hosts were so friendly and checked in to see if there was anything we needed during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again!"

"Cozy unit with private patio overlooking with great view of a valley and the mountains opposite. Everything feels new or almost new. Full stove with oven. Owner left ice and drinking water. The only drawback, if you are staying awhile, is the lack of washer and dryer. I hope to return when I am in the area!"

"We had the most rejuvenating week in Cornville, specifically at this property. It was such a treat to wake up on a quiet property. We had neighbors, but we couldn't hear them at all! We had a great time being close to Sedona, Cottonwood, and Jerome. Many places to explore withint 15 minutes! Thank you so much for an amazing time!"

"Even without a stove I was able to cook each night on the electric single burner provided (and the microwave)! Fridge was decent size too. A few helpful condiments were provided as well:); greatly Appreciated! Equally wonderful was the location--so close to Sugarloaf TH and its various trails (we walked from the studio each time) and Possy Park too, as well as being very close to grocery stores, Yoga, etc. I also gravel-biked right from the place too:)). "Nice property and unit. We had everything we needed. Unit was clean and nicely furnished. The only negative was our request for a first floor unit did not get conveyed to the property. And there was no elevator. :("

"This place is perfect! We stayed for a week and it was like home. First, the location is perfect. It’s close to everything, nothing we did in Sedona was more than a few minutes away. It also made it easy to run home between activities if needed. Next, it’s quiet! We love quiet as we aren’t used to sleeping with noise. This place is very peaceful. We also enjoyed just hanging out here in the afternoons, sitting on the patio in the shade. Wonderful stay, just book it, you wi t be disappointed!"

As a timeshare owner myself through a different company, I understand listing properties separately from those sites “approved” by the timeshare company.
