I was very uncomfortable, as the sofa beds in your rooms are very old and lumpy. I wasn't even trying to sleep on them, just watch TV. Horrible and needs to be replaced. Caused a lot of pain.
Speaking of the TV, in the first room, a pin number was needed to watch 14 shows, but when I called down, they said they couldn't do anything til the morning. So I got upset and they moved me to another room. It was exactly the same, except the AC worked and I could watch the very unsmart TV that seemed it was from the 80s.
And THEN, the next morning, I was awakened by SCREECHING from the fire alarms, and it was hurting my ears so bad, that I ran to the lobby and was screaming. Apparently it is a yearly test they do, but I was so started and so hurt, and there was absolutely no reason they couldn't figure out a different way to do that.
But I have to say that the staff and manager were VERY helpful. They moved me to a different room, asked me how they could make it up to me about the fire alarms, and helped me get some clothes I left in the first room. They are very professional and helpful, and made me feel like they cared about me and the situation. Top notch.
The bed was comfy, too, which is important, of course.
The hotel just needs a lot of updates. it is NOT meeting the standards that's expected from the Hyatt name.
