Located only 28 miles (38 minutes) from the Charleston International Airport. Welcome to Seabrook Island Escape, a perfect Vacation Rental Home! Thank you for abiding with the non-smoking policy as we take pride in providing a healthy-air environment for our guests.
A lovely Charleston-Style home (sleeps 8 comfortably) and 2 pack-and-plays for infants/toddlers) with an elevator and game room is waiting for you. The Freshfields boutique, restaurant, general store and grocery combine is only a quarter mile away for your convenience. Enjoy 5 pools on the Island of Seabrook (1 indoor year-around), a full-size gym that is known to host Tiger Woods, several beaches, a Marina, and several restaurants are all available for you on this perfect Island getaway, all of this is located in a safe gated community! There are many of adventure excursions available to sign up for locally. Something to do at all times for everyone! Protect the turtle nests!
Seabrook Island Escape features 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, a sleeper sofa for 2, a double futon for 2, and two pack-and-plays for 2 infants/toddlers (and a sound machine) for a comfortable sleeping arrangement for adults and children (8 on beds and 14 flex for toddlers age 2 and under). There are also two rocking chairs in the home for nursing Mothers. There is full-access WIFI, 6 TVs with total channel package in all bedrooms, game room and living room. There are family and board games available for your use as well. Two refrigerators are in the home along with all new appliances to include the newly designed Keurig with ground coffee or K-Cup options, and any other kitchen appliance or cooking utensil you could possibly need. Kiawah Island is located across the turn-about (across the street) and features The Atlantic Room a great destination for dining at The Oceans Course (Home of the 2021 PGA Championship). Don’t miss a perfect sunset on both Seabrook and Kiawah Island(s) overlooking the ocean coast, breathtaking! Please be sure to look at the Island “To-Do” Adventure Activity book located in the home for your use while there during your stay.
You will find upon entry a digital lock and will be provided an entry code between 1 - 3 days upon arrival to use during the week of your vacation. There are beach towels, bath towels, and sheets at the property. All guests must prepay the $495.00 cleaning fee. Guests who purchased the cleaning fee, please find your instructions of where/when/how to place your used items. Beach chairs are provided for your family, please use the exterior hose to clean the chairs before hanging them back in the garage. Two Beach Cruiser Bikes (one men’s and one women’s) are available at the home. There are bike rentals for more adults or children who are interested in biking located close by at the Sporting Goods store located up the street at Freshfields Shopping District. Harris Teeter Grocery Store has a nice beach toys and sunscreen selection. There are parks on the Island with charcoal grills and picnic areas at the playgrounds, volleyball courts, and basketball courts for your use.

Amenity Cards for the Island: All guests must have an amenity card as Seabrook Island is a No-Cash-Exchange Island, you must request amenity cards several weeks in advance so that these are mailed to you.

Inventory Security Fee Check: So that we may continue to serve our guests in a quality manner there will be a fully refundable security fee of $1,000. required to be received prior to 30 days before your arrival mailed to the Owners P.O. Box 1082 Chesapeake, VA 23327 (or you may provide a credit/debit card). Once the security inventory check is secured post departure, your security fee will be voided, refunded, or deleted.

This home only caters to families including their children or adults. Unfortunately, we are not able to rent to young college or high school groups at this time. Even though we love 4-legged animals, NO PETS are allowed as we feature newly installed carpet. Children are to be supervised at all times on the Island as there are natural habitat wildlife throughout the Island.
