Lower Level Executive Rental in Victorian District

This is a great Savannah location, in the Victorian District close to Forsyth Park and 1.1 miles from the Riverfront. Parking for free on the street or park off street behind the house! King bed. Equipped kitchen. Full bathroom has combination tub/shower. Full size private laundry machines. A half bathroom (powder room) is conveniently located off the kitchen.

The sofa does not pullout in this apartment so this is only for 2 people. Shared front porch and private back porch. Shared back yard.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities.

Beautiful older home!
Beautiful home located within walking distance to many Savannah attractions. Owner is very accessible and quick to respond to a minor issue we had. House is well equipped with all the essentials needed for a nice stay. We would definitely recommend this property to all.

LOVED IT!
Walked into this lovely apartment (by myself this trip) and it instantly felt like home. Love these old houses (original wood floors). Apartment was spotless. Loved coming back to it every night and feeling cozy (comfortable bed!). Well equipped. Lots of room; kitchen well appointed. SO glad I found this and can't wait until I'm back in Savannah and can stay here again!!!

What a gem ! Everything that opens and shuts; ready and complete. Clean as a whistle ! We were so enamored with our unit, we extended our stay ! Needed a pizza wheel and we found a large kitchen knife that easily met the need. A couple blocks from Forsyth Park in a quiet neighborhood centrally located.

Check in was so easy! Nice, comfortable bed, nice sofa to watch TV. We barely used the kitchen. The house is old and has that charm to it. Bill stumbled when he went to the bathroom in the night as the floors are uneven. We went for a walk and the stench of pot was overwhelming. The area is just right on the edge of nice and the hood. I was never scared going in and out of the car. Im nit sorry I stayed there.

Perfect Trip
I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful place. Communication from start to finish was so easy. Very quick to respond. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Once we arrived there is off the street parking which was a huge plus. This beautiful home was ever clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. Very quiet and safe. It is an older house so it has the squeaks and creaks but it doesn’t take away from this gem. 100/10 recommend. We will be back ❤️

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was simple and easy. We were pleased with the space we had. Everything was very clean and taken care of. We would 100% stay there again. The only thing we had a hard time with was the shower liner not being attached well. My husband is a master carpenter so he was just concerned with someone accidentally ruining the liner or getting hurt. That was the ONLY “issue” we had. It was truly a beautiful space and we would definitely book again

Nice Stay
We have stayed at numerous residences in the area in the past few years. The house was nice. We liked the character and it was well stocked with supplies to make stay pleasant. We usually stay closer to historic district but this location was close enough. Two things mgmt/owner should consider, a comfortable couch and TV in bedroom. We would rate as a 5 star if it weren't for these two issues.

Thank you Mary for the use of your place. Great quiet location with free parking. We were within 2 miles from all that we had planned for this trip. Easy access to Enmarket Arena, Broughton Street/ City Market and River street. Very spacious clean apartment. Comfortable king size bed, 2 1/2 baths a plus. Great communication from start to finish

The check-in/out was easy. The house was very clean. My only complaint is that I could hear the people upstairs every move, but that's comes with older homes. The location is very close to downtown Savannah. It was an overall good experience.

Our stay was pretty decent. This was listed as a luxury vacation home. I sell vacation homes near Disney; this is far from a luxury home. Lack of silverware, one spoon. Lack of hand towels, dishes weren’t complete, pans were poor quality, teeny tiny mat in bathroom was a trip hazard, very few hangers available. Kitchen accessories were from Dollar Tree. There’s an annoying drawer that won’t stay closed! Cleaning materials were cheap. Tub was very slippery. Definitely not what we consider a luxury property. This is a very low end rental. With that being said, we still had a nice stay. Location was good. Bed was fairly comfortable. Rental had bare basics. Check in was easy. Unit was very clean. Hated being there during hurricane Nicole on our anniversary….they wouldn’t change our dates and ruined our 20th anniversary due to inclement weather. We had one nice day there. Otherwise…..wind, rain and storms the whole time. We planned this for months. Stay was okay. Not exceptional, but clean. Just being honest.

Great stay!
This was such a great place to stay! It was very clean and actually even cuter in person than it is on the site. The bed was super comfortable. Having two bathrooms was convenient. The kitchen area is nice and equipped if you decide to cook there. There is an touch screen electronic board right by the door that offers options for dining and other things to do while in Savannah. I’ve never seen this at any property where I’ve stayed and I really liked it. The house is about 5 blocks from Forsyth park. From there you can catch the free Dot transportation if you aren’t able or don’t want to walk everywhere. All of the walking is scenic and beautiful if you do though. There is a grocery store just a few blocks away from the house. Overall a great stay!

The property is very antiquated and need of a major renovation. There were cracks in the floor, walls and ceiling. There were dead roaches in the kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen is only part of the house renovated.
