This historic building has been renovated from top to bottom with gorgeous modern finishes. It is hard to believe the home is from 1909 when you are inside! However, your immersion in Historic Savannah is just outside the door. Forsyth Park is less than a city block away from the apartment. While literally hundreds of restaurants and shops are within 2 miles of the home some of the highlights are in the neighborhood section.

​​​​​​​The kitchen, dining and living room are one large open floor plan with soaring ceilings.

There is a separate bedroom with a King bed

The bathroom is decorated with Anthropoligie wallpaper and vanity and newly redone from top to bottom.

Designated parking for one compact vehicle and free extra parking on the public street.

This unit is on the 'first floor' but stairs are still required so this is not suitable for anyone who cannot get up a few steep steps to the entry door.

Property was clean, close to Forsyth Park and was easy to access. Property was as presented online. Only issue we had was no cable TV only streaming services. Happened to be there during March Madness and we were unable to view games! Not everyone streams.

Great, convenient location. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. Would be good to improve hot water delivery to kitchen sink. Never got hot after running over 15 minutes. No cable, so if you don’t stream then you don’t have a TV.

Lovely stay
This rental was beautiful! It was the perfect, cozy place for two. The place was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need as far as amenities go. The place was exceptionally clean. The apartment is conveniently and safely located by downtown Savannah and Forsyth park. The only downside is that you will hear the upstairs neighbors. Otherwise, this was a lovely stay and we would love to stay here again.

This home was just as described. It was in a nice location, especially on a Saturday morning (just a 3 minute walk to the farmers market), clean, nicely decorated and the managers were great to work with. The bed is extremely soft, but other than that, it was lovely.

Perfect location and lovely place!
We loved the location and found the place perfect for the two of us. It was nicely decorated - even has a washer/dryer, although we didn't use it. You can't beat the location - a short walk to Forsyth Park. Our only recommendation to the owners is a more firm mattress - it's a soft one.

Savannah Stay.
The apartment was lovely and larger than the photos. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The location near the park was also very convenient and right next to a free bus stop. We’d definitely stay there and visit Savannah again.

Nice updated apartment in Historic district of savannah
This was a pleasant stay neighborhood quiet home well equipped with all needed essentials well decorated with comfortable bedding. Highly reccomend grab bars in the shower to prevent falls. Savannah was a great experience with lots to offer.

Great location and property
South end of Forsyth puts you a bit further from the district than places however the east/west location makes it tolerable, not to mention walking out your door to the park is nice. Free street parking due to said location (just outside paid parking areas). The home is well appointed, very comfortable bed, and clean and decorated well. You will hear your neighbours above easily, if this bothers you book one of the upper units. That said the home and city noise ordinance made this a non issue. Overall great home, great location, and would stay again.

Great Apartment and Location
Perfect location to walk the city. Sentient Bean coffee shop is one block away, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Also a great all-natural store next door, Forsyth Farmers Market. Black Rabbit is also 1 block away, didn't try the food but a nice small bar to stop and grab a beer. Forsyth Park is right there, we walked through the park each of our 2 days, on our way to check out all the great restaurants Savannah has to offer. Apartment is perfect for 2 people, any more would get crowded. Parking in back was great, luckily we were the only car because it would be tight back there with 2 other cars parked. I would say the only knock on the place is that we could hear the people above us walking around at all times. It didn't really bother us, but if you need it perfectly silent to sleep I could see this as a distraction. You can hear them walking around as soon as they wake up, again, didn't bother us but I could see it bothering some. Overall a great place, beautiful inside, would definitely stay again.

Real nice place. I appreciate the quality of the fixtures in the condo and having double sinks in the bathroom in spite of it being a small place. The overall complex is confusing to get around (main desk and hot tubs are in separate building from our condo and access doors between buildings are not well labeled) but once you learn it it's fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at this property. The decor is dreamy, the high ceilings make it feel larger than the square footage would suggest, and everything seemed new and clean. Not a ton of walkable restaurants or attractions nearby (which we knew) but Forsyth Park absolutely gorgeous (and brunch at Collins Quarter is a must - especially on a nice day). Parking s tight but a great amenity. We 100% recommend and would stay again ... even if we couldn't get a one-hour early check in or one-hour late check out on a Sunday-Monday off season visit.
