The one staff member we encountered was friendly and even gave us some coupons to use at the Old Salty Dog next door. But they don't make up your room as one expects in hotels/motels/inns. So our beds weren't made, used towels replaced, and toilet paper wasn't refilled. And their office is not open in the evening, so you can't even call to ask for anything. Enjoyed the kitchen area as I love to cook, except the sink is so small. Nice closet area. My labrador enjoyed her walks in the area very much. One of our favorite restaurants right next door. Very close to the Brohard Paw Beach. My only complaint is nothing the hotel can do anything about... the road traffic noise drove me nuts. This place was great! The room had a fun ocean vibe and was pet friendly. The extra cost for our dog was only $10 a night! A lot cheaper than most hotels and kennels. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Location was great for the beach (5 minute drive) and night life. Loved that there was a full kitchen in the room. We will definitely stay here again! I would recommend some sort of sleep sound since it is close to the airport and right next to the draw bridge. Stay here!!!
