We stayed here 3 weeks ago and I informed the manager about a torn up rub and sharp corners on the bed. She said she would look into this matter. We returned and the sharp corner on the bed platform was still there and they no longer offer a breakfast for free. We felt like we were staying in a Super 8, not a superior hotel. We will no longer look for this logo when we travell.

By far one of the BEST locations we have ever stayed at. The entire staff from the housekeepers, front desk maintenance man were all like talking to family. I have never had such an awesome experience!
