"I booked this house for my crew who was in the area, 15 guys who were there for a local store remodeling. The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. The cons that some mentioned are that the house could use some upgrades but that it still has a lot of charm and originality and its a newer home so it seemed like it was built that way intentionally. "The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again."

"This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location."

"We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us."

"This lovely beach home has an unparalleled view of Moonlight Beach which is just steps away. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants on 101. There is ample room on multiple decks for lounging, grilling & sunsets. The hosts communicate well to answer any questions. We hope to return in the near future!"

"Great location in Little Italy - walking distance to all the restaurants and activities. The space itself is great for groups and the rooftop was a nice bonus. The host made the whole process super easy and was helpful answering any questions we had. Note, the bells at the church are definitely noticeable in the morning and make sleeping in difficult."

"This home is one of the best-situated pieces of real property in San Diego. The views over the bay in the morning, afternoon, and evening are second to none. The ability to walk down from your own private staircase with a paddle board and get out on the water is really wonderful. The home and all details therein are really nice. "We loved our stay! It was the perfect size for our 20 guests! They provided air mattresses. The pool was huge. It did take a while to heat up so we wish it was heated ahead of time. The hot tub was perfect! Overall, it was a great place to spend the weekend with a bigger party and the perfect location!"
