Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. "This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix."

The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again."

"Wonderful place with such a beautiful decor. It is a ideal place to stay to get away and be able to have quick access to the beach and hearing music outside your balcony window. Also having access to the pool and close by restaurants without having to drive is an added bonus. Be sure to stop by Pecan Jack’s for homemade ice cream and candy and going to the Red Bar for dinner in Grayton Beach is a must also. Will definitely come back again. Again, ideal for us. "My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for our 10th anniversary getaway! The condo was the perfect size for just us to relax. The unit was so clean and had everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beach access, the pools and all the shops and eateries at Gulf Place! The owner was so accommodating to us and made the booking and trip so easy!
