Quiet and relaxed stay. The rooms were clean and bedding comfortable. The grounds were cjstming and had beautiful colorful plants all around it. Also had a fotrpoy to sit around and unwind. Another great bonus is there is so many areas to walk your dog. But they reason to stay is the beacj is very close by

I locked myself out at one stage and went to the office to get a second key card. On the one hand, the staff member gave it to me willingly and was lovely about it. On the other hand, she didn’t check I was actually supposed to be there - anyone could have walked in with the same story and got a key card to any room. Not especially secure!

Our first impression did not start off well. We arrived just after check-in time and the lobby was empty. We rang the bell, called the hotel, and there was no answer from anyone for about 10 minutes. When some did finally arrive, they were very apologetic, did a quick check-in and the remainder of the stay was perfect. On a very busy weekend, the hotel was quiet, clean, and beds were very comfy.

Stayed here many times with no issues, but once is
The people in the room next to us had too many people for the size of room. They partied until two o'clock in the morning. When I called the office there was no answer. I went and pushed the night call button and got no answer. Finally called the police and all they did was tell them to keep it down. That lasted until they left. I left at 5 the next morning and left the TV turned all the way up. They probably didn't learn a lesson one.

Great stay! Easy check in with wonderful customer service. The room was modern, clean, and in good repair. The stairwells were clean as well. One improvement suggestion is to upgrade the comfort of the fold out sofa. The kids slept on the floor because it was so uncomfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a great value!

A Highway On RAMP is not a good neighbor
The Inn was nice. Clean. Heater worked. Bed good. The traffic noise required that I keep on White Noise the entire night. Cars driving up the on ramp to Hwy 1 South were SO SO NOISY, that I had to use the white noise. My room faced the wrong way, I suppose. So dont take a room on the EAST side of the nice Morro Shores Inn....
