Cute little property for a great price. It has the basics with a view of the bay across the street. I would stay here again. Lots of great restaurants (mainly fresh seafood) and other businesses a few minutes' walk away.

My partner and I came for business and pleasure. The room is clean and spacious. Good parking area, walking distance to store and foodie spots. The owner is very sweet. On our last day she came by our room to check in to see how our stay was and if there was anything we didn’t like. She was very sweet. When we come back to morro bay we are definitely booking here again

The property owners were amazing! They were so friendly! Our 4 year old son has autism so traveling can be hard, but Bay View made us feel so comfortable and welcome! The hotel was well kept and the perfect location walking distance from everything! The owners found out it was my birthday and gave me a bottle of wine! We will definitely be back!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. One minor complaint is that we paid slightly more for the “ocean view” room, but it was only partial view (could barely see the rock, we could only see the bay south of the rock). The staff informed us the full ocean view rooms ran out already, we were a bit bummed out. Probably wasn’t worth paying extra for the ocean view for our case.
