Upon arriving, the night auditor/front desk attendant managed to mess up my reservation and didn’t use the digital card provided from Expedia. He had to cancel the reservation I made and then create a new reservation which caused me to lose out on $209 until my bank decides to process the refund for the canceled reservation. Very bad start to my stay and honestly I was very upset that the employee could make such a costly mistake, he simply offered me a free snack as an apology and it was honestly insulting. I tried to put it behind me since I was only staying there for the night but in the morning I was calling the front desk from my room and could get in contact with them after 15 minutes. Not really sure what’s going on with the staff here but they should be trained better on customer service and accuracy while completing a check-in. Definitely won’t be staying here again but the room itself was fine. The tv is in an awkward spot but otherwise a decent room

What happened?
I expected better service. Getting to the hotel, it was upsetting, I had to wait behind a double sliding door calling reception to let me in in order to check in. There was nobody at the reception desk, I had to walk in when one of the other guests walked out. Waited about 30 minutes to be checked in. Brought my luggage into the room and realized it had not been cleaned yet. Back to reception desk, I was given another room went to transfer my luggage to the new room and it was in the same condition as the previous room. At this point I was upset, I was running late for my grandmother's funeral and didn't have time to go back and forth to get a clean room. I left my stuff behind one of the staff members offered to transfer everything to the new room. He even put my food in the refrigerator and put my flowers in water.

Definitely will be coming back with our whole team. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Loved the fact that the bathroom and sink area are separate. Breakfast is nice. And the staff was amazing! It’s been one of the best stays we’ve ever had!

Great location for where I had to be. Was greeted by chemical smell like ant spray. Check in was great and desk clerk friendly. Breakfast was what I expected but not hot. Had to take to room to microwave heat up. Bed not comfortable being too firm and no give and shower had water making me stand in corner by wall being short since not adjustable head. Room size and kitchenette was great. TV menus just told the network not shows so had to channel surf.

I didn’t have the best time I took my daughter here for her birthday and her and her cousins were harassed by some man in the lobby When they went down stairs then the next morning that same man harassed them again yelling and screaming at them it made me and them very uncomfortable

Spaciousness, clean, comfortable beds, the price for 2 bedbroom suite was unbeatable. We stayed for a quick trip to Lake Arrowhead (30 min away) and Big Bear (1 hr away). Wouldve chosen a cabin but the price for this place was bettter. Our quick trip was lovely. Evening staff at check in had great energy and we were greeted warmly. She gave a quick tour of the the breakfast area and let us know about the laundry facilities which was amazing that it was free. Just bring detergent. We would definitely come back again if we need to stay in SB area.

Our room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family. There were restaurants within walking distance. Loved the breakfast options which was included. The only drawback was the elevators weren’t working, however the staircase was clean, well lit and felt safe. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the most cleanest room I've ever been in fully stocked with a full kitchen plates silverware dishwasher garbage disposal refrigerator microwave electric range for cooking a dinner table living room a separate bedroom two full screen TVs a really nice shower this place is the works a heated pool above my expectations especially for the $140 a night this is a really nice stay

Low staff, we couldn’t get extra towels or toilet paper . We had to go downstairs to get it. Tiny trash bin in the kitchen, no one couldn’t come to pick up the trash . The king room door wouldn’t lock light bulbs were out.

Wonderful stay
Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The breakfasts are pretty typical waffle machine, eggs in various forms, sausage, cereal, yogurt, pastries. The beds are comfortable as well as the chairs and sofa. A tv in the main room and bedroom. I'm not a fan of the door latches for the bedroom and bathroom. They're sliding doors, which is great for saving space, but they don't latch flush to the frame and are difficult to actually latch. They're also loud if someone needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Limited cooking equipment but a 2 burner induction stove means you can't do much. Not full size fridge/freezer but ¾ full so plenty of room for everything you need.
