Issue with staff, not very knowledgeable; I was assured I’d be able to get a late check out by one team member for no fee, then the next day was told they would not accommodate this, nor would they hold on to my luggage until my red eye flight, the latter of which I’ve never had a hotel state before.

They have a good staff, very nice. My only complaint is that there where a few things that could have been fixed the sprinkler in our room was just hanging not flush to the ceiling, there was a metal bracket sticking out of one of the beds, and the shower curtain was torn. The breakfast was good and the gym was great and had fun at the heated pool, hot tube didn’t work though.

Only issue I had was they texted me saying I needed to not slam my door, but we wasn’t even in our room when they sent me that text. Literally left the room at 6 am for a graduation came back around 2pm and then headed back out at 5pm returned back to the hotel at 11pm. They sent me a text message at 8:15pm. Totally was not us slamming doors. It wasn’t an email that was sent it was a personal text to my cellphone. Terrible!!!! And the way they sent that text was automatically assuming it was us.
