Casa do Amarelindo
Pousada Solar Dos Deuses
3.5 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, 26 reviews
"Beautiful rooms and lovely staff with plenty of space. I would not recommend for families and the Pelourinho área can be unsafe in areas despite the amount of police officers patrolling the area. In our experience they are there to be shown and not to act. Nevertheless if you come during carnival this would be a prime spot."

Hotel Villa Bahia
4.0 star property

"We highly recommend this hotel. We received such a warm welcome on arrival; the staff even helped us take our luggage up to our room. The breakfast area downstairs was beautiful and scenic, partially indoors and outside and the lady and guy that served us each day were so very friendly and helpful. When we saw our room for the first time we were in awe; there was a small entry hall (lounge/ tv room) which led into the large bedroom with plenty of storage, with a large bathroom and shower and...

2.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, 8 reviews
"We had a *wonderful* stay here. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful - they even upgraded our room for the last few nights of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The pousada is nicely decorated and located in a nice, quiet area of the city. Lastly and most importantly, breakfast! Every day was something different but always tasty and fresh. Breakfast was the best part of our day and a great opportunity to try more of the local cuisine. We highly recommend Casa da Vitoria!"

Monte Pascoal Praia Hotel
A Casa Das Portas Velhas Hotel
3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, 86 reviews
"The staff was great, the rooms are very small, extremely well located. However, BEWARE breakfast is not included and we were surprised with a bill we were not warned. The staff never ever said anything at check-in and their promo makes reference to all services included. It was not about the cost because breakfast was great and the cook really friendly and caring this was about surprising us with hidden charges."
