This is a Great place to stay. It's Clean and the staff is courteous. It's reasonably close (walkable) to most things you'd like to do. Our room was very nice with a good view of the lake. My only down grade comes from the age of the building,. It shows it's age here and there, but nothing that I would consider a deal breaker. It was a good room at a good price, so in the end, what more can you ask for?

We stayed at Silver Beach Hotel and overall had a good experience. The location really can’t be beat – it’s right in the heart of St. Joseph and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. Our room was clean and somewhat updated, though the property as a whole could definitely use some refreshing in places. For the price, it felt reasonable and met our needs. The staff was friendly and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for convenience and a decent place to stay without expecting luxury, this hotel is a solid choice.
