Our newly renovated lake home is the perfect place for peaceful mornings and fun-filled days.

Relax and enjoy the lake view on the brick paver patio with firepit and gas grill, or on the deck down by the water. Outside fun includes a private pier with 2 available paddle boards, bags game in the large yard, or if you have a boat, you can drop it in at the nearby public beach (just a block away) and tie up at the dock.

Inside fun includes a ping-pong table, a poker table and chips, puzzles, board games, foosball, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite movies or shows.

The home has 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10. The upstairs has 1 king room, 1 queen room, a bunk room (sleeps 4) and the lower level trundle bed sleeps 2.

Weekend family trip
We absolutely loved our family weekend getaway here! The house was spacious and comfortably slept all 10 of us with plenty of extra space. We had everything we needed then some. The best part of it was the backyard with lots of room to sit around and spend much needed time together with the lake as the perfect view. The hosts were also so welcoming and easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend!

A Gem!!
This home is precious. We spent our holiday stay at this beautifully christmas decorated house. The home accommodations are extremely comfortable and spacious in every respect from cooking to sleeping. The backyard is incredible, I hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the lake. Lara is a very responsive host. We had an issue that Lara was able to resolve expeditiously. We will definitely be back!

Amazing visit and perfect property!!
We came into town for a charity golf tournament and stayed at this amazing property with our friends. When we left, we realized we barely even sat inside because we enjoyed the backyard so much. We would sit around the fireplace and just hang out and talk and it was awesome. The view and the cleanliness was the best part. Thank you for for providing such a little slice of paradise in Round Lake.

Most Wonderful Lake Home
Lara's home is perfect! Beautiful, comfortable home. There were 5 adults. Plenty of room for additional guests. We had beautiful weather so took full advantage of the lovely outdoor patio and lake view. So peaceful. Very close to restaurants and bars but honestly, we didn't even want to leave this home. There is a new pier so a perfect spot for kids in the summer months. Absolutely A+++++!

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!
The pictures just don't do this place justice. It's beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had six adults and four children (11 and under) and not once did we feel we were crowded. It is fully stocked with everything you need - and more. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had - before and during our stay. We made some fabulous family memories during our stay here. Thanks for everything!!!

Perfect!
This is without a doubt the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed at. It is really well thought out and so many things are provided that you feel so at home (shampoo, soap, laundry and dish detergent, coffee, etc.) The outside grounds are also immaculate. The neighborhood is quiet but also very close to stores, restaurants, etc. Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

Five Star Amazing home and Lake views!
We had a family get together at this outstanding property. It was perfect. The location, views and amenities are all 5 star. It surpassed all expectations with the beautiful decor, comfort, cleanliness and accommodations. The dock, paddle boards and lake were also super fun for the kids. Sunsets of both patios were stunning. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful retreat!
The place is amazing. Beautifully redone inside and the yard and landscaping was truly serene. Host contact was on point. We have twin six year olds so the proximity to the beach was perfect. We paddle boarded over once and walked the other times. We also swam a lot from the dock. Lots of stairs but worth it! Super close to stores and restaurants. Went to the arcade and mini golf and rented a boat in the chain…all about 10 mins away. Really perfect location. Would def come again.

Great summer getaway!
We loved our stay in Round Lake! The house was very modern and clean with a ping pong table and lots of games. The owners provided shampoo, conditioner, soap and more which was very nice. Our family loved fishing and relaxing in the lake which was very warm over 4th of July! We would come back again!

The house was very nice and set up well. We had enough room for 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 8-14). Ping pong is super fun, paddleboards are fun, nice dock and fire pit area. We would stay here again!! You feel like you are in the woods but town is just a few blocks away.

Great Stay!!!
A memorial service brought some of the remaining family into town from different areas around the country. I chose this house to rent because of the fabulous communal space where we could all gather and visit. The pictures were absolutely spot-on. Everything was clean, fresh and new. We would have loved to spend more time outside on the patio and the new deck leading down to the dock, but the weather was uncooperative. It didn't really matter because the view of the lake, from the picture window in the living area, was stunning! We only cooked one meal in the kitchen, but it was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were adequate with plenty of plush towels. The neighborhood was quiet, there was plenty of parking, and a nature preserve nearby to walk a good trail. I couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Wonderful Lake House
Our family of 8 had a great experience staying at this adorable lake house- age 10 up to grandparents, everyone was comfortable and happy! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Huge couch in living room and plenty of seating for everyone! The kitchen is gorgeous. The home is very well done- everything you would need for a great stay and more! Ping pong table, lake activities, card games, board games, fire pit, outdoor dining directly above the water, everything had been thought of by the owners- and they were super responsive to us and some special needs we had. The views of the lake are amazing! We sat and drank our coffee with beautiful views every morning. The sunsets at night were also stunning! It made our time with our son (a navy boot camp grad!) very relaxing and fun! We would definitely stay here again- and we hated to have to leave! Highly recommend this home! Especially for Navy families!
