They had a nice little breakfast bar. The pool and hottub were nice, although the jets are not on in the hottub. I loved the real trees and plants in the pool area. They do not clean your rooms daily so if you need anything (clean towels, toilet paper, more coffee, etc.) then you have to ask and they will get it for you. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Mostly OK with helpful customer service. Breakfast bar was very sparse. Toilet in room had a brown ring and dirt particles floating in it when we arrived. Only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra in room. However I know we would have gotten more if needed and we managed with what was in room. Not anywhere near other Clarions we have stayed at but it was OK for one night.

Flight was delayed and stuck in another city, hotel refused to refund my room or even let me change it to another night, I go back and forth for business every couple weeks, I’ll not stay with them again.

This was such a a disappointing hotel we ended up leaving a day earlier than we expected just to escape it. Understocked, uncomfortable, and understaffed, it was the worst stay we've had in Roswell. There was no water pressure in our room. There was no A/C in the hallways so the whole place smelled funny. The breakfast was microwaved eggs and sausage. There were random puddles all over the hallways and lobby. Overall I'd much rather stay somewhere where people seem to care about service and overall appearance, and this place is not that.

The property was very clean and the free parking even better. The two things that were missing were a laundry area and the pool was not available. The pool would have been nice considering the heat of the day. But I would stay there again.

Place is sketchy and run down. House keeping and maintenance were obviously not up to standards. Gym room had most of the equipment removed. Sketchy clientele. Breakfast was bad. Went to ihop instead.

The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was fine and filling. Our room was quiet and convenient. The room seemed not clean. There were no bedside lamps. Exterior entrance had trash around it.

Hotel was ok. It's older which is fine. Olny real gripe was that there is no elevator! Had to haul everything up stairs and back down.
