"We had a great vacation at Parlay at Sunset. The location is very private, no close neighbors. The kitchen is very well equipped including lots of spices. We loved the Bahamas Room. The sunsets were amazing. A great selection of sunscreen and bug repellent was appreciated. We had as many as 4 local, well behaved dogs to enjoy. Buy some dog food, they are hungry. We hope to return soon for more than 8 days."

Conch'd Out Beach Cottage: Semi-private beach. Relaxing Getaway. Adults only.

Heaven on Eleuthera!

"This was our fourth visit to the island of Eleuthera and our favorite place to stay thus far. At Conch'd Out you are central to most ammenities including grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, tourist points (Leons Levy, Tippys) boutique shops and the historic town of Governors Harbour. (Approx 10 min drive) YET you are in a quiet suburb, off the beaten track. You have direct access to a gorgeous, secluded beach with soft powdery sand, just steps away from your door! The turquois blue waters of the ocean are mesmerizing. We had no desire to go anywhere else as this truly was the best place to be. A true Bahamian experience. The bungalow is well appointed and has everything you will need for a weeks stay. Excellent communicaton between the property manager, Anne, and the villas owners made our stay even more enjoyable. We cannot wait to return!!"

The Pink Sand Cottage, Private Cozy Cottage, Right on the Beach!

A slice of Heaven

"The cottage was just the right size for the two of us the photos were very accurate. The location was perfect for privacy and the property could not have been any closer to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed sunning on the outer deck overlooking the turquoise water and the cooling calm breeze gently rustling the palm trees above. The wooden staircase from the deck leads the soft sandy beach. This was our third trip to the island so we were familiar with places to eat, grocery and gas station in Governor's Harbour about 20 min from cottage. Our new drop in favorite places with nice outside decks and beautiful views are Tippy’s on Banks Rd and Sunset Inn appropriately named, off Queens Hwy. French Leave restaurant, is pricey but high end romantic meal with views from their deck. Get out and explore the island, the people are friendly and always feel safe here. I recommend renting a jeep or 4 wheel drive vehicle the off roads get bumpy! Thank you Pink Sand Cottage until we meet again!"

Absolute picture perfect perfection

"Pictures of this place don’t do it justice. It is absolute perfection. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the most STUNNING views. It looks like a postcard. We lucked out and had a few days where it was windy on the Caribbean side and the Atlantic side was protected which meant perfect beach days at the beach below. The beach is accessible by a few other houses on the road, but 99% of the time, it was just us on the beach with the insanely clear waters all to ourselves. Inside the house, you have great internet, a tv with Netflix (and possibly the best view you’ll ever have while watching tv), full kitchen, good AC, and a VERY comfortable bed. We will absolutely be back and we will tell everyone we know that this is the best place to stay."

"The property was nice, quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoy the tranquility of the property. My only concern is the area gets dark if you’re alone but the island I extremely safe. I would book again with a few friends. "

Beach, please! Beachfront house on Ten Bay with generator.

Ten Bay is our fave

"We loved it here. The house was very clean and had everything one would need. I suggest stopping by the house first and then go shopping as they had some items already. Didn’t need the AC because the breeze and the fans were enough. The paddle board was nice to have and we used it several times. Great spot on the island. This was our third time in Eleuthera and our favorite spot. Can’t beat Ten Bay."

Trade Winds - Oceanview, Private Pool, Short Walk To Pink Sand Beach, Central.

Stay like you live there!

"The house is well appointed with everything that you need to live there. There are a collection of toiletries as well as TP and PT. The kitchen has all you need to cook (stay like you live there) with seasonings -we added garlic powder, mustard, Mayo and salad dressing- all the small appliances and kitchen equipment is there. The grill is nice, and we used it a few times. Your beach days are covered with chairs, mats, toys and snorkel gear for the family. Bring your fishing poles! Don’t fill your suitcase with beach towels they have many. The lovely pool and deck with lounges gives you something to do on your “down time.” The two upper decks are ideal for sunrise, sunset, star gazing, meals and a spectacular space launch we saw go right over head!! The location is perfect for exploring the island top to bottom. Jethro and Cate, your hosts, go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. With tips on where to eat, what to see and things you shouldn’t miss while you’re staying. If you want to live like a local and have it feel like your home. Stay here, I assure you you won’t be disappointed."
