Beach side Lakolk - Perfect house - 400 m to beach

The house is located on the beach side and thus perfectly by the unique Lakolk beach. With 8 good sleeping places in 3 bedrooms and an alcove, the house offers plenty of space for the large family or 2 families. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with Spa and Sauna. In addition, a modern kitchen open to the house's large living room with a large dining area, and a nicely furnished living room in Scandinavian design. There is high-speed wireless internet and cable TV. Outdoors, there are terraces to the east, south and west, so you can always find a cozy nook. A garage is attached to the house. The perfect house for a holiday by the beach and a starting point for experiences throughout southern Denmark

A cleaning fee of 118 Euro is paid for each stay. Electricity and water are billed at a fixed price per day of 19 Euro.

Bed linen and towels are not included. Can be purchased additionally for 20 Euro per set.

Arrival day is Saturday. Minimum 7 nights.

It is not permitted to charge electric cars at the house.
