" The only thing i did not like is that as a vip guess, i was placed on the 3rd building away from the pool (8300 building), very long walk to the pool area. But the property is great, will definitely come back. "

"The good…..access to sister properties and large pools. Entertainment was good. Food was good. The Not so good……service was inadequate as it seemed they were short-staffed, especially in the pool areas. Premium liquor and room service is only available if you upgrade to Premium Service. Food buffet hours were greatly limited. They only offered Pepsi products."

"Loved that the property had themed nights for dining and events and entertainment for the guests. Fine dining was so impressive and we definitely got our money’s worth. Drinks were really good too, I recommend the Mango Margarita! One day of our stay, they had stands (jewelry/handcrafted items/souvenirs) on the property, which I was impressed by so we wouldn’t need to leave the resort to shop for those things. Maid service and in room mini bar was great too!"

"Beautiful resort. Great food at all restaurants. Didn’t have the privilege room and didn’t feel we were missing out on anything. Pool is absolutely amazing. Beach is nice with plenty of room. You have to get up early to get a pool chair, they are normally gone by 8 am. "
