What started as a good stay ended up as not so well as our room was overrun with ants. We realized they were there by Thursday afternoon, and they just kept coming. They were focused around the front window, door and table in front of the front window. It was very unnerving to my wife. When i explained it to the representative at the door, she seemed as if this is a constant experience as her response was unimpressive. I can't in good faith recommend this establishment.

The room was clean and a convenient location to the wineries in the area. Unfortunately, there was a roofing contractor and crew staying at the property. They were loud and took over our outdoor seating in front of our room.

A well maintained traditional roadside type motel at a relatively reasonable price for the area. The only real problem is that the units by the road are quite noisy— even though it is the North Fork of Long Island it is still Long Island and so traffic is heavy and runs all night...

I liked the fact that it was close to church services and dining I didn't like the fact that no room service bed not made & no clean towels given the sign so please make up room was displayed for me that reason I will not be returning

I did book this in the winter and it seems like this is more of a summer attraction location. I came for a business stay and knew it was a budget location so i will take it easy. The room was very small. The bed very uncomfortable, and absurdly soft. The pics showed a few options for breakfast but there was actually nothing. Plenty of cable options so that was good and the water pressure in the shower was strong.

Staff was friendly, check in process easy. Did not like the very thin walls I could hear the guest snoring next door to me. Plus it’s on the main road so if you are a light sleeper the noise could be a problem.

Reasonable Motel in the North Fork
The only reasonably priced place to stay anywhere near/in the North Fork. The rooms are small, but not terrible. The staff person was nice and efficient with check in. They allow dogs for $35/stay as stated prior to booking.

No Hair Dryer
I usually have a good stay here but this time there was no hair dryer in the room and I was told because it was stolen. I asked if they could get me one the next day and they said they would. Next day still no Hair Dryer so they took one from another room. I feel they should have bought one but they didn’t. Simple lack of follow up here. But otherwise stay was ok

Look the price was right! Do not go here if you want the RITZ Carlton experience. Be realistic room was for sleeping and comfortable bed. It was clean no objectional odors window unit worked well. Bathroom was tight but it was convenient to were i was traveling. Staff were great!

This is a very bare-bones motel in terms of amenities, but it is very affordable, it’s clean and has all the basics. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny, but unlike many of the major chains, they make the beds and replace the linens every day.

Wonderful Cozy Inn, Immaculate, Great service provided by Host/manager Kiran ,a very welcoming friendly man who was very helpful & accommodating as well as & his staff of cheerful welcoming/pleasant ladies, who always greet you with a “Good Morning & Have a nice day” Beautiful grounds & outside lounging area which we can’t wait to use when we visit in the Spring & Summer. Nice place to relax & unwind, quiet & comfortable. Have already recommended to family & friends.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An okay stay, affordable
I stayed here with my fiance for my brother's wedding. We had to request an early check in as I was in the wedding party and needed to be there earlier. We were checked in within minutes and in our room. The room was somewhat clean. You can tell a cleaning staff had cleaned the room and there was no odor or anything but there were a few spots that could use a deeper cleaning. When we got back to our room that night we laid down on the bed and the bed springs screamed to be put out of their misery. The bed was slanted and was super uncomfortable all night long. Neither my fiance or I got a good night's sleep. It also doesn't help that the road that the hotel is on is kinda busy at night. At 1am there was an 18 wheeler that rolled by blasting it's horn but I can't blame the property for that Other than the mattress and the few spots that need a deep clean, it was an overall okay stay.

Just 'ok,'
Receptionist was not particularly friendly, or accommodating. Beds made a noise when one moved; there were annoying flies in the room. On the positive side, good variety of tv channels; reasonsable charge for room; close to Riverhead.
