"This place is amazing. Once we checked in, we instantly inquired about an extension. We could not stay for just 1 night. You have everything you need to escape from reality here. The beach is amazing to walk during low tide and when it’s high tide, the kayak is there to use. The pool (jacuzzi) was relaxing. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again."

"The condo was fantastic and exceeded all our expectations, and that is saying something having our three adult children with us. Being on the first floor, it gave us easy access to the pool that was never crowded and the beach was right there. The location was also central to many activities. We really enjoyed our stay. Our one suggestion would be to update the beach chairs provided by the owner. They are a little dated. Just a small thing for what overall was a great trip to PR."

"The villa was well equipped and the location within the rio mar complex and the beach great. The host Lydia was very attentive and helpful. The only downside was that the oven did not worked and the air conditioning of the main area dripped water the whole stay. Asides from that it was a pleasant stay."

"We travelled here with a few friends and family to get married in a small ceremony. It was such a fantastic villa and location to do so. Other than the ceremony, there is a very nice beach right in front, good areas to take walks, coffee shops, supermarkets and anything you might need not too far away. "We brought our kids and grandkids (11 of us total) and it was great that each family unit got their own section of the villa. The pool was great and well stocked with toys, floaties and yard games. The view of the ocean was amazing from each level of the villa. We enjoyed lots of excursions, restaurants and activities, most of which were less than 30 minutes away."

"This villa is amazing. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets and sheets, plenty of beach supplies provided, kitchen appliances worked perfectly, place is right next to the beach, pool, casino, etc. we all had such a fun weekend at this property."

"This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and I am so glad that we made this our home base for the trip. The space really was our home away from home, and our hosts were friendly and accommodating before and during the trip. The home is a short golf cart ride from the beach, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We were close enough to San Juan and El Yunque for easy day trips, but the location felt secluded. The focus on security was also a nice plus."

"The hacienda is even more beautiful in person. You are literally in the tree tops and views are gorgeous. The inside of the house was very clean, the beds not so comfortable, I tried 2 beds. The bedroom outside was scary and no one wanted to sleep in it( looks like a shack) that was unfortunate because it looks nothing like the peaceful exotic pictures it portrays .
