Youthful hotel with spacious rooms

Big, spacious rooms with a youthful vibe. There is a living room and a bedroom. Very thematic with “up” branding everywhere. New decor, proximity to an amazing seafood restaurant and the beach. Easy parking access for 12 euros. The breakfast was decent, but not buffet style so it takes a while to be served. The town itself was a bit dead when we came in March. The location accessibility by car was so-so, narrow roads and pretty cramped.

The general manager, Fabio, very friendly, professional and accommodating. Upon our late arrival, he waited for us until we arrived, messaged me prior to arrival and gave us a tour of the hotel. It was a small hotel but felt like a family oriented environment as the staff truly care for you to have a great visit. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and again staff were very accommodating to ensure you had a great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone, families, couples, friends or solo, one of the best in Rimini.

Simple, modernized hotel. They go any length to make sure youre comfortable. Great customer service. We were leaving too early to enjoy breakfast, so the receptionist packed us up some croissants to grab ob our way out. The beach is a couple minutes away, an easy walk. AC is key controlled (must have key inserted in room for it to be on so if you leave for a bit; your ac will be off while youre gone-- i dont prefer this because its not enjoyable to return to a warm room from a warm outside). Overall, good hotel. Id recommend. Conveniently located to many dining spots.

My favorite Hotel in Rimini!

Staff is always so helpful and courteous, room are clean, comfortable and spacious. We love the breakfast and the Honesty Bar. I highly recommend Up Hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic hotel pity about cleaning staff

Positives : fantasic modern hotel with fantastic friendly staff at reception and serving breakfast, they did all the could to make you feel like your are their number 1 priority. Negatives. Cleaning staff useless after cleaning our room on a number of occasions i came back to finding curtains hanging of their rails ..dust on the floor just swept into the corners of the room aswell as not refilling empty shower gel containers and replacing toliet rolls that by the way come standard in the rooms .. The hotel also advertise soundproofed rooms which they are not and state that if you dont get your room cleaned they will offer you 5 euro credit downstairs to use in honesty bar which actually is not the case no more. But i must state that i would definitely recommend this hotel 100%
