Arrived Thursday afternoon for the weekend. Very pleasant and nice desk clerk. Check in was quick and I was able to request a handicap accessible bathroom. Room was clean and tidy. Various places to walk to for food and snacks. Wendy's and Subway less than half a block. Gas station right there. Supermarket 1 block away. I had a large refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Will be back here every time we are in the area. Great hotel for a great price.

Once I arrived front desk wouldn't honor my expedia price. Room was dirty. Sheets and pillow cases smelled like they wasnt dried all the way. Room had mole on the bathroom door and tub.

Find a different hotel. It’s nothing like the pictures. Doesn’t smell good. Extremely noisy air conditioner. Looks like it was halfway renovated. Not very clean at all.

Checked in and turned on the ac, room smelled stale, left to visit family n when I got notice bug in the room n on the chair, ac was rattling a bit, fell asleep for a bit cause I bn driving all day, around 2 am I woke because the ac started making more noise n another bug in the room, spoke to the front desk and she put me in another that was much better but it was an upgraded rm, I asked if I would hv to pay any extra for the rm and she said NO, I called bck the and asked agn and she NO, no additional charge for the rm, upon cking out 3 days ltr and asking for a receipt, Notice a additional charge for the rm that she said would be no charge added to my bill without letting me know, I didnt authorize the additional charge and was told that I needed to speak to the manager, this is not how you do business, cant just add charges to a persons credit card without letting them know, one if the Worst Hotel experience in my life, very piss poor!!!

This hotel was the worst place I’ve ever encountered. It was so run down and dirty. I had to wipe down the entire room with Lysol wipes. They turned black. The under sheet was stained, one of the bath towels was dirty and the floor was filthy. When I went to the front desk to complain, I was told that she wasn’t in charge of housekeeping and I could find somewhere else to go. We were so tired, we stayed and ran out by 7 am. Do not stay here! Choice hotels should be ashamed to have this place use their name!

The air conditioner was terrible, we ended up having to buy our own fan. It was dirty, air conditioning units piled up outside our room. Very muggy inside the building.

Rooms were fine, AC was a bit noisy. Breakfast was OK, comparable to or better than other motels in price range. Staff should be more helpful / honest - while checking in, my wife asked if there was a restroom that she could use, the lady checking us in replied that she could use the one in our room after we were checked in, the next morning at breakfast we noticed people using restrooms just around the corner from the front desk. Also, we made our (non-refundable) reservation and paid through Expedia, at check-in we were told that there was an additional fee that was not included in that payment and made to pay before we were given the key.

Let me start off with the staff a gentleman help me because I just needed to stay somewhere quick I went through my Expedia and I got a third-° from a worker and then he knew I was handicapped and he still didn’t give me a room next to the handicap spot if you check in and think you’re gonna use the pool, they close it at seven although since the room wasn’t very good, the beds were lopsided the desk and where the TV in the microwave were sticky. I had to wipe everything down the toilet was disgustingly dirty, and I refused to shower. There was not happy at all, and since all the rooms are nonrefundable now I know why I would not recommend especially if you have a handicap child or children itself. Don’t stay there.

The pictures slide. This was a rundown beat up place in the middle of nowhere. The staff was not helpful. We couldn’t use the pool. We had drunks outside of our room smashing beer bottles all night. If I had any other choice I would have left. It would’ve almost been safer to sleep in the car. And Hotels.com with no help at all getting my money back so good luck with that do not book this hotel. You will regret it and you will not get your money back.
