"Absolutely beautiful home! Very inviting and cozy. My family and I came for my daughter's college graduation at Winthrop. Convenient to the university. Pool was heaven sent for our 5 year old. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet area. Definitely look forward to staying again in the future."

"We traveled as a family of four visiting family. The house is cozy, comfortable and well appointed. April is a superb communicator and responsive to any questions. The lake views at sunset are indeed gorgeous! We did not avail ourselves of the fishing dock, but did enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fire pit."

"Perfect location. Nice neighborhood and is walking distance to all that old town Waxhaw has to offer (shops, restaurants, parks and festivals). The house is neat and clean and is adorable! The screened porch is so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee or relax. The house itself is so well stocked with everything you could need. The yard is fenced and large which was great for our pups to run around in. The king bed that we slept in was very comfortable. Wendi is such a nice host and was very responsive....

"We stayed March 31st through April 2.This property is a work in progress. The old house is charming. Once the kitchen is completed and the washer/dryer are serviced, it will make for a quaint stay. Communication with the owner was very good. Response time for questions was almost instantaneous."

"With all the development that has taken place over the last 10 years there are very very few rentals that actually capture what Lake Wylie is all about and this is not only one of them but a perfect example of original lake wylie. I'm not sure if it is the bonfire, the yard, quietly waking up to deer, the blue herons, the fishing off the dock, lake views from every room, the privacy, or if its the gravel drive, or the location itself, but whatever it is it is magic and exactly what I wanted and...

"My family and i try to do a Lake Wateree vacation each year. We were hesitant this year because of the water levels being low but am very glad we chose this property. Because of the low water levels we had our own little private beach which the kids and adults all thoroughly enjoyed! We loved the close proximity to Riverdeck and Beavers Den which made for great meals for lunch when we werent cooking. The property itself is beautiful. The kitchen is stunning and super spacious.
