Nice cosy place next to the customs so straight into the hotel. Clean and very customer focused folks. Jones an apprentice was exceptionally courteous!

there was nothing not to like about my stay! it was accessible to harbour bay mall and there was a night market right outside the hotel. pool was nicely shaded in some areas and breakfast has got a good spread. service was prompt and excellent, they helped us with our luggages upon arrival as well as when we checked out!

there was a bazar nearby the hotel and it was so loud until 9pm-ish. the hotel itself was located in the very conveniently and quite clean - even though my shower holder was already broken when I checked in, and the staff are very friendly and their service was amazing. there is a construction going on nearby to build a new shopping mall/restaurants area which will add more value to revisit the hotel.

Luxurious hotel situated just directly above the ferry terminal (Harbour Front). The hotel is closed to many eateries, massage parlours and shops. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lounge and cafe are beautifully decorated. Hotel rooms are huge and spacious. Had a wonderful time! Will be back!

CNY in Batam…

Super convenient from the ferry. Room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bed. Everything clean and well serviced. Food in the Goji restaurant was fantastic. Pool area could do with some more shade and food menu there was limited. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Shops, bars and restaurants also nearby. Adequate gym and lovely spa experience. Would stay again.

How can this be a 5 star hotel? Overpriced as well. No dressing table, poor room design, seaview blocked by plants and trees. $22sgd breakfast buffet is so average. Poor receptionist service. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. Noisy surroundings as well.....

Counter staff (Jessica) was friendly and accommodating in terms of the timings for checking in & out. This is really helpful as I had been working till quite late day before the staycation. Being able to rest a bit early in the room upon check-in boosts my energy to ‘shop’ better after the rest. Felt not comfortable upon seeing the in-room slippers as they appeared ‘not cleaned enough’. I just chose the pair that seemed better to put on. Same thing goes to the bath towel which was hung onto the metal railing that we used to hang our clothes during the bath. Another piece was folded properly and placed inside the basin area. The cleanliness of the bath towels could have been made better. Good to see that there is ‘two compartments’ within the trash basket, as I could separate and throw the rubbish accordingly. This applies to the 4 bottles of mineral water that was placed inside the room. A friendly touch by the hotel to place 2 small containers of cookies act as my night snacks. Taste good as well. There is quite a variety of choices given on the breakfast buffet. Hope that the condition of the food varieties could be done in the way that the food choices could have been ‘heated’ more. It would be nice if hotel guests could take up the seats at other ares of the hotel instead of just the ‘seats’ next to the checking-in counters
